Project summary:
Barbara Rohde will provide guidance to the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) director and staff on federal and congressional policies and opportunities related to transportation and homeland security. She will also coordinate and conduct outreach activities in support of these efforts. Rohde will coordinate federal outreach activities between the State and Local Policy Program (SLPP) and CTS, working with the University federal relations staff, MnDOT, and other local agencies and partners as appropriate.
