Project summary:
In the 2012 Minnesota state legislative session, House Bill 2685, Section 63, directs the Commissioners of Transportation, Natural Resources, and the Pollution Control Agency to report by January 15, 2013, to the identified legislative committees on recommendations to streamline water-related permitting for transportation projects. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) asked CTS to write the report, which will be submitted to the state legislature by MnDOT.
