Project summary:

The I-35E MnPASS Managed Lane Extension Study is being conducted pursuant to a grant from the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Value Pricing Pilot Program. Overall, the study will assess the feasibility and merits of extending MnPASS northward from Little Canada Road to Ramsey County 96. The I-35E MnPASS Extension Land Use & Transit Enhancement Study led by the University of Minnesota's Center for Changing Landscapes (CCL) will be one of three contractual components that will deliver the overall I-35E MnPASS Managed Lane Extension Study (with Concept Development and Community Outreach & Education the other two principal study elements.
