Utility Manual, Accommodation Policy Rewrite and Training Delivery

Summary

This project is to update the existing MnDOT Utility Manual and the Utility Accommodation Policy and deliver MnDOT Utility training. The updated manual will require the identification of utility-related best practices and potential missing material as well as the development of an enhanced user-friendly format. Technical writing and editing will be provided for both the Utility Manual and the Accommodation Policy. The project will: design, administer, and provide instructional support for a pilot training session and three follow-up training workshops. Create a communications plan to introduce the updated manual, policy, and training opportunities. Provide project management and administration.
