Summary
As directed by the Minnesota State Legislature (HF2887), the following study by the Center for Transportation Studies at the University of Minnesota was proposed for approval by the Metropolitan Council. This study synthesized the observed impacts on public transportation in the metropolitan area during the COVID-19 pandemic, and forecasted expected impacts after the pandemic is substantially curtailed.
