Project summary:
Current standards for rollover protection in small vans carrying handicapped persons will be investigated to see how well the "fit" is between the needs and the standards. A course of action will be recommended. Also, there appears to be multiple interpretations of the standards for wheelchair securement, so various vendors' installation instructions and installers' practices will be reviewed, and a course of action recommended.
