Project summary:
The Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the University of Minnesota will coordinate and host eleven one-day Quality Management Process (QMP) workshops. Specific CTS roles will include planning and coordination of activities, managing site logistics, facilitating meetings to develop and organize workshop curricula and materials, and assistance with marketing, project management, and contract administration. In addition, CTS will coordinate minor updates to a??Quality Management Process for Design-Bid-Build Final Plan Developmenta?? manual.
