Project summary:
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) recognizes the critical importance of effective project management skills in order to achieve both technical and interpersonal competencies. The College of Continuing Education (CCE) offers a wide range of project management short courses on the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus. MnDOT has requested that CTS and CCE deliver three courses between October and December 2016 that address critical skills needed by project managers. In addition, they requested a webinar on meeting management.
