Project Schedule Management Training

Summary

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) recognizes the critical importance that project management plays in accomplishing their many tasks, including both technical and interpersonal competencies. Recently, a series of meetings was conducted by MnDOT, the Center for Transportation Studies and the College of Continuing Education (CCE) at the University of Minnesota to discuss a possible collaboration to provide transportation-specific project management training to MnDOT staff and, potentially, a wider audience of transportation professionals.
