Project summary:
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) recognizes the importance of effective project management, technical, and interpersonal skills in order to achieve project goals. The University of Minnesota's College of Continuing Education (CCE) offers a wide range of project management short courses on the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus. MnDOT has requested that CCE:
- Deliver eight courses between October 2017 and April 2018 that address critical skills needed by project managers
- Provide instruction for two project manager webinars
- Provide meeting resources for a Project Manager Forum on September 21 and 22, 2017
