MnDOT Project Manager Workshops, FY18

Project summary:

The Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) will deliver an eight-hour interactive workshop three times to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) project managers, consultant project managers and other contract personnel from MnDOT and the consultant community. Two of these workshops will be held in the Twin Cities metro area and one will be held in Rochester. The workshop will include lecture, panel, and classroom exercise teaching formats. Each of the three workshops will be identical in style, format, and content. Class curriculum may include but is not limited to: - Introduction from MnDOT and Consultant Community Leadership - MnDOT Project Management (PM) Presentation - Consultant Community PM Presentation - PM Summary Discussion - Request for Proposal (RFP) Panel Discussion and Activities - Inside the Consultant Business This workshop will use materials and presentations developed for the FY16-17 series of the MnDOT and Consultant Contracting Workshops. CTS will support the workshop planning committee in making small changes to the content as needed.
