Project summary:

The 2016 MnDOT Consultant Workshop builds on the collaborative effort that began in 2009 to improve and support ongoing relationships and collaboration between MnDOT and the consultant community. Representatives from MnDOT and the consultant community will gather for a one-day workshop in February 2016 to address the following objectives:

  • Foster ongoing relationships at all levels of the organizations
  • Identify strategies to maintain interest and engagement in the activities designed to support collaboration
  • Explore new mechanisms for MnDOT to use when communicating with the consultant community
