Mn/DOT Essential Skills for Project Management Program, FY09

Summary

In January and February of 2007, the University of Minnesota Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) and the Carlson School of Management hosted and facilitated, for Minnesota Department of Transportation?s (Mn/DOT) Office of Technical Support, eight days of Essential Skills for Mn/DOT Project Managers. As a result of this successful training, Mn/DOT has asked the University of Minnesota to coordinate and manage another eight day session of this training. Deliverables and sub-tasks, for each task, are listed in this document.
