Project summary:
This project provides information and outreach support for the Minnesota Council on Transportation Access (MCOTA). CTS maintains the MCOTA website, prepares the MCOTA annual report, assists in the development of meeting agendas and minutes, and surveys and develops an inventory and case studies of volunteer driver programs in Minnesota, including faith-based programs.
