Project summary:
The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) operates under the education activities of the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the University of Minnesota. Through the support from the program's key partners--the Minnesota Local Road Research Board, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation--the Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program has been providing training and assistance to Minnesota's cities, counties, and townships since 1993. This work plan proposes to continue Minnesota LTAP.
