Project summary:
CTS will coordinate and host two three-day National Highway Institute (NHI) Roadside Safety Design Workshops and one three-day Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) Workshop. Specific CTS roles will include planning and coordinating activities, managing site logistics, facilitating meetings to develop and organize workshop curricula and materials, and assisting with marketing, project management, and contract administration.
