The Empowering Small Minnesota Communities (ESMC) Grants Library contains various types of resources across different categories, such as grants, technical assistance and other tools to assist communities seeking funding opportunities for their sustainable infrastructure projects. You can explore these resources by navigating through the tabs at the bottom of the sheet/library, each of which corresponds to a specific type of support.
The information in this grants library could be affected by future federal policy and funding directives. The ESMC partners will strive to reflect any changes as quickly as possible, but users should confirm specific grants of interest are operational with funding source/agencies at the time of application.
