Program Support Specialist
Kawanna Finklea is a program support specialist at the Center for Transportation Studies. In this role, she assists in the planning and delivery of training, outreach, engagement, administrative, and other activities for CTS and its programs.
Kawanna brings more than 20 years of experience to the position. Prior to joining CTS, she spent eight years with the City of Brooklyn Park. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and expressing her creativity through floral design.
