Program Coordinator
Deanna Loggins is a program coordinator for the Center for Transportation Studies. In this role, she is responsible for planning and delivering training, technical assistance, and engagement activities for a variety of transportation stakeholder groups.
Prior to joining CTS in 2026, Deanna worked as a program manager in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Medical School. She holds a BA in political science and government from Baldwin Wallace University and a Master of Education in human resources development from the University of Minnesota.
