Greg Lindsey specializes in active travel, including bicycle and pedestrian traffic monitoring, modeling, and safety. His current research includes projects that document the operational characteristics of ebikes, monitor and model the use of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, and assess pedestrian safety on Native American reservations in Minnesota.
Lindsey earned doctorate and master's degrees in geography and environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He also received a master's degree in geography and environmental studies from Northeastern Illinois University. His bachelor's degree in urban planning was awarded by the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
