CTS Webinar: Mobility, Access, and Transportation Insecurity Program Round 3 RFP

On August 3 and 13, 2026, the Mobility, Access, and Transportation Insecurity (MATI) program team presented an informational webinar about the third round of the program's Request for Proposals (RFP), which was released on July 21, 2026.
In summer 2026, CTS and its partners were awarded an additional $9.3 million to conduct a third round of awards through the MATI program. As with the previous rounds, Round 3 will be carried out in two phases. The application deadline is September 30, 2026.
Each webinar provided an overview of the MATI program and RFP, including key dates, and time for attendees to ask questions about the application process.
