Project summary:
The CTS team, which includes communications expert Darlene Gorrill, and technical experts from the TBE Group Inc., will provide support for the project's committee structure. They will perform a scan of the current perspectives on utility accommodation within highway rights-of-way, perform a gap analysis, and provide communications support. Specific tasks that further define the project scope are outlined in the proposed tasks.
