Principal Investigator(s):

Project summary:

This research on Twin Cities regional dynamics will investigate housing and market behavior, fiscal structures, and regulatory constraints in terms of their effects on real estate development and demand for transportation by using a mix of statistical and cartographic analyses. This research will hopefully identify transportation system management and investment alternatives consistent with the Twin Cities' desire to manage economic growth and land use development as it affects transportation systems.
