Project summary:
The objective of this research project is to plan, organize, and conduct a DOT CEO Peer Exchange and Strategy Forum. The event will follow the model of previous forums and peer exchanges and will be organized to encourage discussion among the CEOs of state DOTs. The peer exchange and forum will be held on the University of Minnesota campus December 8-10, 2019. The research team will provide intellectual, facilitation, and logistical support for the event and produce a summary report that summarizes the discussions and documents the themes that emerge from them
