Project summary:

The primary objectives of this project are to improve the understanding of how travel behaviors influenced by geographic considerations such as land use patterns and transportation facilities, to incorporate this understanding into travel demand forecasting process, and to evaluate the implications for policies aimed at influencing travel demand. These objectives will be achieved through a combination of data analyses and enhancements to the standard travel demand models.
