Summary

For this project, the Roy Wilkins Center is reviewing the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program and the possible "overconcentration" of DBEs in certain types of work. This research will help to understand the impact of the DBE program on small business owners.
