Summary
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) recognizes the importance of effective project management, technical, and interpersonal skills in order to achieve project goals. The College of Continuing Education (CCE) offers a wide range of project management short courses on the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus. MnDOT has requested that the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) and CCE deliver four one-day courses between March and June 2017 that address critical skills needed by project managers. One course will be delivered twice, totaling five days of training.
