Project summary:
This project would support the sabbatical activities of David E. Newcomb from September 16,1997 through September 15, 1998. During this time, Newcomb will work on endeavors of interest to MnDOT including the following: 1.Assisting MnROAD researchers in the analysis of data. 2.Assisting MnDOT with the development of procedures for forensic study of failed pavements. 3.Assisting in the planning of the next phase of MnROAD research.4.Investigating the practice of low volume road design in Minnesota.5.Assisting MnDOT in the implementation of Superpave.
