Project summary:

This project assists the Minnesota Council on Transportation Access (MCOTA) with the implementation of regional transportation coordination councils (RTCCs) by conducting 10 regional stakeholder meetings in seven locations across the state. In addition, the team is assisting in the design of the RTCC structure and processes.
