Project summary:
Phase II of this project consisted of the completion and publication of the research conducted in Phase I of the History of Minnesota Highways project. During Phase I, chapters were compiled based on historical records, photos, and interviews that detailed the development of the Minnesota road and highway system. Phase II concentrated on editing and formatting the manuscript, resulting in a concise, cohesive, comprehensible book titled "From Footpaths to Freeways."
