Project summary:

The primary objective of this project is to determine the benefits of Minnesota's road network to consumers and firms. This work will help in understanding the ways the transportation system affects the state's economy and the well being of its residents. This, in turn, will aid in assessing aggregate spending levels for transportation investment and will help improve long-range planning.
