Project summary:
The Center for Transportation Studies worked closely with this project's NCHRP panel to develop a Best Practices Model that outlines and establishes new forums for state DOT CEO engagement and exchange of ideas and experiences in the areas of strategic management and leadership. This model was developed with input from CEOs on structure, format, content and scheduling.
