This webinar provided an overview of the new Empowering Small Minnesota Communities (ESMC) program. ESMC aims to help smaller communities gain access to resources and capacity to develop ideas and projects that improve resilience and sustainability in their communities. The webinar outlined eligibility requirements to apply and provide time for potential applicants to ask questions.
