Engineering Ethics and Wellness Webinar: It’s All About You
About the Webinar
The importance of mental health and the negative impact of stress are often overlooked in the field of engineering. Discipline does not make a sick engineer well. In fact, in some cases, discipline may be a cry for help or sign of other mental health problems that need addressing.
This webinar shared insights about the importance of ethical rules and ethical practice, as well as how to foster communication that creates a healthy workplace. It also explored how promoting mental health and well-being serves the health, safety, and welfare of both the professional and the public.
