Join us in person or online at the 2021 Freight and Logistics Symposium, scheduled for Friday, December 10. The hybrid event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to noon CST at the McNamara Alumni Center in Minneapolis and online via Zoom.

This year, the symposium will focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the freight industry. The keynote presentation will cover changing workplace and workforce DEI issues and opportunities. These remarks will be followed by a reaction panel featuring industry representatives from different modes of freight transportation sharing their perspectives. In addition, MnDOT will provide information about the agency’s long-range transportation plan and explain how DEI issues are being integrated into state funding.

The annual symposium is designed to bring together members of the private sector and government to discuss current issues in the freight and logistics industry and to share public and private initiatives intended to strengthen the freight transportation system.

More information about the 2021 event, including a list of confirmed speakers, is available on the symposium web page.
