The Resilient Communities Project is currently accepting proposals from local government agencies in Minnesota for assistance with projects to begin fall 2023.

Selected partners benefit from applied research and technical assistance on one or more locally defined projects, provided by graduate students and faculty at the University of Minnesota from a wide range of departments and disciplines relevant to their project needs.

Projects should advance community resilience to economic, social, environmental, or technological changes. RCP specifically encourages proposals for projects focused on racial and other inequities and disparities. Deadline for proposals is April 30.
