A newly published video by the Minnesota Freight Advisory Committee (MFAC) examines the important role the organization plays in Minnesota's continued freight industry leadership.
The short video features interviews with MFAC members and leaders representing logistics, trucking, rail, and advocacy organizations. They discuss the importance of an integrated and well-planned freight network to Minnesota’s economy in all corners of the state, as well as members’ roles informing the committee about national and international freight news and trends. The members also highlight the benefits of serving on the member-driven committee.
MFAC’s mission is to advise the Minnesota Department of Transportation and other public agencies and officials on the condition of Minnesota’s multimodal freight transportation system and recommend freight policies, programs, and investments to support the state’s economic competitiveness and enhance safety.
