Other Activities

CTS exhibits and participates in numerous classes and camps to introduce K–12 students to transportation and transportation-related fields of study.

Transportation professionals from private and public industries can visit area high schools to discuss the transportation industry, give lectures, and demonstrate research and technology.

Simulating Transportation for Realistic Engineering Education & Training (STREET)

STREET is a collection of web-based simulation modules that serve as an interactive learning environment for undergraduate civil engineering students. Topics include travel demand modeling, geometric design, traffic flow, and traffic signal control.
