2007 Access to Destinations Conference

The second Access to Destinations Conference, in August 2007, again brought together experts from across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia to discuss transportation and land use issues.

2004 Access to Destinations Conference

In 2004, CTS sponsored the conference "Access to Destinations: Rethinking the Transportation Future of Our Region," which brought experts from around the world together to discuss transportation accessibility.

The conference featured a half-day of public sessions, followed by a day and a half of technical sessions for invited participants. The conference was part of the University of Minnesota President's 21st Century Interdisciplinary Conference Series.

This conference also resulted in the publication of the book Access to Destinations (Elsevier, 2005).
