Risk Management Facilitation Workshop, FY 2010

Project Summary:

The Center for Transportation Studies (CTS), on behalf of Minnesota Department of Transportation's (MnDOT) Office of Policy, Analysis, Research and Innovation (PARI), will conduct a two-day risk management facilitation workshop early in 2010. The purpose of the workshop will be to provide risk management techniques to MnDOT personnel in the areas of: workshop facilitation, collaborative leadership, the definition of risk, the dual nature of risk, identifying potential risks, identifying impacts of risk, developing risk response strategies, practices to manage risk, developing risk management plans and other areas to be determined. This effort will enable participants to facilitate their own risk management workshop for projects/innovations/initiatives in their district or office.
