Transportation Funding and Finance Summit

Project Summary:

In December, 2008, the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) sponsored the Commissioner's Forum that started discussions about long-term sustainable funding mechanisms and methods of implementation. To continue to develop those discussions, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is contracting with CTS to co-sponsor, host, and deliver this day-long summit. They anticipate around 200 participants from government agencies; including decision-makers, and transportation stakeholders. The summit will focus on educating those participants, as well as exploring issues and potential solutions.
