Computation of ESALs for the Mn/ROAD Mainline Cells

Project Summary:

Develop a computer program in Oracle Pro*C that will compute AASHTO Equivalent Single Axle Loads (ESALs) for each vehicle and for each cell in the Mn/ROAD database. The output from this program will be an Oracle table. The deliverables will be an Oracle table and the associated Pro*C source code.
