Project Summary:

The Minnesota Technology Transfer (T2)/LTAP Program operates under the education activities of the Center for Transportation Studies (CTS) at the University of Minnesota. Through the support of the program's key partners--the Minnesota Local Road Research Board, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation--the program has been providing training and assistance to Minnesota's city, counties, and townships since 1993. This workplan proposes to continue the Minnesota T2/LTAP Program.
