Process Facilitation of Mn/DOT's Professional/Technical (P/T) Consultant Contracting Process

Project Summary:
The objective of this project is to facilitate a process for engaging Mn/DOT leadership, staff, and the consultant community to identify concerns and issues for resolution related to Mn/DOT's Professional/Technical Consultant Contracting Program. The process will be organized to encourage discussion of the fundamental working relationship between Mn/DOT and the consulting community, including topics as they relate to Mn/DOT's policies for Consultant Usage, Consultant Selection, Consultant Pre-qualification Requirements, and Consultant Projects Information Accessibility. The intent is to maintain and improve relationships by documenting positive attributes and resolving issues in order to move forward with a productive partnership for delivering Minnesota's transportation projects.
