about lengthening commute times.

Megan Mowday, a master's candidate at the Humphrey Institute,
addressed social and economic issues raised by the new MnPass
high-occupancy toll lane.
- Benefits and costs of bicycling and
bicycle facilities
In a three-year project, University researchers developed methodologies
and tools for researching bicycle use in suburban and urban
areas across the country.
