Minnesota LTAP launches e-newsletter

The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) at CTS has launched a new electronic newsletter, Hot Topics. The periodic newsletter will share recent publications and resources from a variety of organizations, plus other announcements of interest to LTAP readers.
