CTS holds hour-long research seminars to allow researchers from a variety of disciplines to share their findings. Seminars are held on the University of Minnesota campus and are open to the public. More Information
The Advanced Transportation Technologies Seminar Series from the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Institute features ongoing research in transportation technology. The series is held during fall semester of each year. More Information
The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) offers workshops, usually one day in length, throughout the year at various locations around the state in topic areas ranging from drainage and erosion control to traffic control. The Circuit Training and Assistance Program (CTAP), part of LTAP, uses a fully equipped van to provide on-site technical assistance and training to maintenance personnel throughout Minnesota. Annual events such as the spring and fall maintenance expos also offer further training opportunities. More Information
The Airport Technical Assistance Program (AirTAP) offers a range of training sessions related to airport operations, maintenance, and administration at the annual Minnesota Airport Symposium and the AirTAP Fall Forum. More Information
CTS works with government agencies to create and deliver customized workshops for agency staff, building on the ongoing training provided by the Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program. Topics range from public involvement to project management to technical topics such as truck-weight compliance. Services include curriculum development, marketing, course development, and course evaluation. More Information

CTS and the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) are working together to expand the understanding and use of context-sensitive design principles in Minnesota transportation projects this site offers a wealth of information about CSD and details on CSD workshops.
