How This Department Is Related to Transportation

The Department of Civil Engineering is one of the most closely related to transportation. Basically, civil engineering deals with the science and art of engineering applied to solving problems and designing systems related to infrastructure and the environment. Principal fields are structural engineering, environmental engineering, and transportation engineering.
