How This Department Is Related to Transportation
The Department of Applied Economics focuses on the development of an operational knowledge of economic theory and modern methods of quantitative analysis as well as practical application in specialized fields, one of which is the transportation industry. In addition to the fixed areas of emphasis that are available to choose from, students may also develop an individualized transportation-related emphasis in consultation with their advisor. Additional economics degrees are available through the Department of Economics.
