Transportation Career Guide
Interested in a career in transportation? The University of Minnesota provides a number of opportunities for undergraduates, graduate students, and working professionals to obtain a multidisciplinary education in transportation. A Graduate Certificate in Transportation Studies is currently available in addition to traditional degrees in a variety of University departments that allows students entry into the field.

The transportation-related careers are divided into six major areas. Under each career area is a listing of featured University of Minnesota departments and schools that provide degrees related to that career area as well as some typical job titles. The featured departments tend to be the most common choices of students looking to become transportation professionals.
